Imagine Global Care Co., Ltd. (hereinafter stated as the “company”) is based on an educational service which involves health care service and child care education.

The Company understands the importance when handling personal information. The company will thoroughly enforce and regulate the rules upon the Personal Information Protection Policy and announce to all its employees when handling information for business activities.

The company will obey the rules considering personal information established by the country and will develop and operate under a personal information management system that complies with the JIS Q 15001 standard.
The company will collect, use and provide the necessary personal information determined by the content of the business activity. Measures will be taken to ensure that personal information is only used and provided to the extent necessary to achieve the objective of the business activity.
The company will comply with regulations considering protection of personal information such as surveillance and appropriate security management when entrusting all or parts of the personal information to another agent.
The company does not provide obtained personal information to a third party without a consent or an agreement except in the case which the company is requested to provide the information according to the law.
The company will take safety measures to prevent any loss, leakage or destruction of personal information.
The company will respond appropriately to any concerns or complaints considering the usage of personal information. The company will also respond to requests (notice for usage, disclosure, revision, addition, deletion or to suspend the usage of administration, disclosure of records provided to third parties) of personal information. Any requests for disclosure can be contacted at the “Personal Information Complaint and Consultation Desk”.
The company will continue to improve the protection management system to administer the safety of personal information.

The Company’s usage of Personal Information

The purpose of using personal information
1. Usage of photographic information (movies or pictures) within the school facility. (Disclosed)
  - Provide information and show what is happening in the school to family members (This information is only given to Imagine-enrolled families.)
  - To inform the types of services provided at the company. (All staff and families who are on the web or the company PR have provided prior consent forms.)
2. Criteo Co., Ltd. and non-personally identified information
  - The company uses non-personally identified information when giving information to Criteo Co., Ltd. Criteo provides personalized mail and other services to any user who viewed the averts website (through the company website, applications and mail magazines). Criteo uses cookie as it personalizes advertisements based on user’s previous history.
3. Information about the company’s phone service. (Non-disclosure)
  - To keep a record and take proper measures towards the inquiry.
